1. This advertisement order contains all the terms of the contract and no agent or employee of the publisher may change or vary these terms in any way. In the signing this form, the advertiser accepts that it embodies all the terms of the contract and that no employee of the publisher has made any promise or undertaking to the advertiser not included in the order form.



2. Printed terms and conditions on any additional documents issued by the advertiser or his agent will not be recognized as binding.



3. The inclusion of indexes, listings or any other material over and above the advertisement itself in the finished publication is provided as a free of charge service to the advertiser and the publisher will not be responsible for any errors or omissions or claims for losses arising therefore. The publisher reserves the right to reject or amend text/information supplied by the advertiser, at its absolute discretion, for any such free of charge inclusions and such rejection will not effect the advertiser’s obligation to pay for the advertisement itself in full in accordance with clause 5. Failure by the advertiser to supply the necessary text/information for any such free of charge inclusions by the due date will not effect the advertiser’s obligation to pay for the advertisement itself in full in accordance with clause 5.



4. The advertiser is responsible for supplying all text and illustrations for publication of the advertisement by the copy date shown above. The publisher will supply a proof of the advertisement and changes or corrections must be submitted to the publisher by the date shown on the proof of copy. The publisher will not accept responsibility for non-delivery of proof correction. The publisher reserves the right to print only the name and address of the advertiser if the advertiser fails to supply suitable advertisement materials by the specified date, if the advertisement materials are provided in non-standard form the advertiser is responsible, the advertiser will be advised of the additional cost before final printing takes place.



5. Payment is due in full within 30 days of receipt of this order form. Overdue accounts carry interest at the rate of 3% above Lloyds Bank Plc’s base lending rate from time to time calculated on a day-to-day basis from the due date to the date of actual payment.



6. This advertisement booking cannot be cancelled unless the publisher gives written permission. If the publisher should agree then the advertiser will be liable for a cancellation fee equal to 25% of the full cost of the booking, payable within 30 days of notification of the publisher’s agreement to cancel. Non-payment of the cancellation fee within this timescale will void the cancellation agreement by the publisher and will restore as a debt the original price contained in the advertisement order.



7. This contract is governed and construed according to English law and anything touching or concerning it shall be limited to jurisdiction of the English courts.
